I have been leasing a LOADED 2019 Cadillac CTS 2.0T AWD Luxury for a little less than a year. I am looking for someone to assume the lease. I got an amazing Executive/Employee Pricing. I pass that deal on to you on this Cadillac CTS lease takeover. The stipulations are:
-Good credit, usually 700+, in order to pass the GM financial Credit Check
2019, the last year of the CTS. The replacement, the CT5 has a reduction of nearly 20% in power and will be new for 2020. I don’t like first year new models, so the 2019 CTS was the one to get.
It is LOADED. Just some of the features are:
-Big panoramic roof
-Lane Keep and safe following distance alert, Magic Seat which warns of cross traffic behind you
-Wireless phone charging
-Navigation PLUS Android Auto and Apply Car play
-Heated AND Cooled front seats, heated power steering wheel
-18″ wheels, AWD traction with selectable driving modes
-Great handling, especially for such a big car and excellent acceleration despite the good fuel economy of a small turbo 4-cylinder.
The car has a touch over 13k miles. The typical lease is 10k miles a year, but mine is more, closer to 12k.
The car had an MSRP of $57k.
A lease on this car, if you can still get one from the dealer involves a few thousand dollars down and less miles than my lease. So walk in, plunk down $3500-5k and pay $400+ as a non employee and 10k miles a year. For me, I had employee pricing, Cadillac loyalty and other tricks to get my payment to $385.
My lease swap requires no down-payment. You are only responsible for the lease transfer fee of $595.
There are no stories with the car side from one scratch low on the passenger door from a pipe ran over on the highway. I can send a picture to anyone serious. It’s likely something that buffs out. From past GM leases, they will not charge for a scrape so minor. But for peace of mind I do have a form to fill out at lease end that covers $500 in damage AND $500 worth of mileage overage. In other words, the scratch won’t be some costly problem I am giving you to deal with.
This car was only purchased to get me to work. Lots of highway commuting with very few times where the other seats were even used.
I loved this car but changing to another job means I can’t park where I want with a competitors brand.
Serious parties only. If you don’t think you can pass the GM credit check, why waste either of our time. You simply will not find a better lease on a great car approaching $60k.
